Step one: We meet
We sit down together in person or online and map out your current issues and pain points.
You might be having trouble with your customers finding you or converting your leads into your customers. Maybe you’re getting some hard to hear feedback about your website. Client management, no shows, resource management, or invoicing might be sucking up all your time. Maybe your systems have grown piece by piece and you have so many tabs open your brain is about to crash.
Unload it on me. Together with our catch up I sift through your business data and get to the bottom of the problem.
Step two: I puzzle it out
While you go about your business I pull everything you’ve shared with me together and research the best fit solutions for you.
What this looks like will be super dependent on what we’ve talked about - it could be streamlining your booking and billing, overhauling your website, automating customer workflows, or tackling your SEO and GEO.
The list goes on - I scope it all out and present achievable wins back to you.

Step three: I make it happen
I design and create the solution we’ve decided on, using off the shelf products you’ll be able to confidently use later - nothing that will break as soon as I leave.
If we’re talking stock or appointment management I make sure everything is pre-filled and ready to use. If we’re talking website I bring designs for your sign off and make sure it’s fully populated. You get the drift!
I train you (and your team if you have one) up so you’re confident with how everything works. You’ll be ready to stand on your own feet when we’re done.
Lastly, I support you while you test everything out.
Step four: I’m there for you
I migrate everything over and make the process of moving to your new system seamless.
Once you’re up and running I stay available to you while you start using things independently.
Then you graduate - I’m here to give you a leg up, not make you dependent on me. I know you have it from here.
