I charge a competitive hourly rate, with an even lower rate for businesses in their first year of operation or with under $100k turnover.

There are a couple of ways we can work together, and we can talk through what might work for you when we first catch up (for free). I typically work on a package basis (I find the problem, design the solution, and build it all for you), but we can split that into each stage or work off a retainer model if that makes more sense for your business and its cashflow.

We’ll need to talk specifics when we meet, but I’m aiming to have the work we do together pay for itself in the first couple of months.

A great question. It’s important for you to know that I’m not an accountant! I can help streamline your workflows, payment processes, and invoicing, but strict financial advice needs to come from the professionals.

There are a few other little things to keep in mind:

• My expertise isn’t in the creative overhaul space so I’m not your gal for logo redesigns or new product photography

• I’ll gladly tweak your copy, but I want to hear what you have to say in your words so most of the copy will come from you (and I can hook you up with a pro if you need a hand smashing the words out)

• I’ll set up your systems, support you while you get comfortable, and then I’ll leave you to it. I don’t provide long-term admin support, customer service, or accounting

• You’ll be kept in the loop at every stage, and I’ll be available to you for calls and catch ups during set hours around other commitments rather than 24/7. This is all factored into the scheduling of your job so there will be no surprises!
